As the White Lion Campaign continues to successfully oppose the planning applications made by the current owner, we must plan for the time when the White Lion becomes available to purchase at a sensible market price. Now that the social restrictions imposed by the pandemic have been removed for all but the most vulnerable, the opportunity exists for the White Lion to reopen, regenerate and Roar Again.

Two years ago we asked White Lion supporters to complete a questionnaire about what was most valued about the White Lion and also what they were willing to contribute in skills and support to allow the campaign to succeed. That information was very useful, but as times and circumstances have changed it needs refreshing.

We need volunteers to provide help in any way they can – all practical support is greatly appreciated as the current Committee are in danger of reaching their sell by date!
